Jay McBurney
President & CEO
Jay McBurney leads MedAR with over two decades of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). After studying pre-med at the University of Texas, he shifted his focus to healthcare business and developed a deep passion for advocating for independent physician groups. In 2013, Jay founded LabRCM, a successful RCM firm serving the pathology and laboratory sectors, which later merged with MedAR under his leadership. His expertise in business development and operational strategy has made him a respected leader in the healthcare industry.

J. Paul O'Haro
Chief Operations Officer
J. Paul O’Haro brings extensive experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations, having held senior leadership roles at Advantedge Healthcare Solutions and Change Healthcare. At MedAR, he oversees daily operations and ensures optimal service delivery to clients. His deep expertise in operational optimization and financial performance continues to drive MedAR’s growth and success.

Chris Daughdrill
Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Chris Daughdrill leads MedAR’s technology strategy, focusing on optimizing cloud-based RCM platforms and IT systems for healthcare clients. A Baylor University graduate, Chris has over two decades of experience in healthcare IT and has been instrumental in developing secure, scalable IT solutions for MedAR’s clients. His technical leadership ensures seamless integration and data security across all systems.

Vice President, Client Success & Chief Compliance Officer
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare practice management, Steve Wiseman leads client success and compliance at MedAR. He previously managed over $1 billion in annual physician revenues and supported hundreds of practices through complex financial transitions. His expertise in compliance and business intelligence tools helps MedAR’s clients achieve long-term operational success.
